THE SATURDAY, MARCH 14 PERFORMANCE HAS BEEN CANCELLED

Due to the closure of George Washington University beginning Saturday, March 14, the Saturday evening performance of the ACA: Selected Tales from Ovid’s Metamorphoses has been cancelled. The Friday, March 13 evening performance is available for purchase and will go on. The Box Office is contacting patrons with tickets for Saturday evening to discuss options.

Join the Academy for Classical Acting for Selected Tales from Ovid’s Metamorphoses, devised by the ACA Class of 2020, told through music, movement, and gestural language.

Directed by ACA Director Alec Wild and faculty member Dody DiSanto, assisted by ACA alumnae Tara Giordano and original music by ACA alumnus Jeff Raab, students from STC’s rigorous and immersive one-year MFA program at The George Washington University will present a devised movement piece exploring Ovidian mythology as it relates to Shakespeare’s canon.
