You have always thought about what it takes to act. Practice the basic skills required to be an actor. Begin your fun journey with an exploration of the actor’s vocal, physical, and psychological instrument while playing entertaining games, creating characters, and performing with an ensemble.

Christopher Michael Richardson, STC Teaching Artist

Christopher Michael Richardson is an actor and teaching artist in the Washington, D.C. area. You may have seen him in Assassins at Signature Theatre; Fancy Nancy’s Splendiferous Christmas at Adventure Theatre MTC; You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown at Imagination Stage (Helen Hayes Award, TYA Production); The Wiz at Ford’s Theatre (Helen Hayes Award nomination, Supporting Actor); The Book of Will at Round House Theatre; Our Town and Macbeth at Shakespeare Theatre Company; and Peter and the Starcatcher at Constellation Theatre Company (Helen Hayes Award, Ensemble). He holds a BA in English and Theatre from The College of William & Mary.
