For single ticket buyers, requesting an exchange includes a $10.00 per ticket exchange fee at the time of the request. If you do not have payment information saved to your account, you may receive a call asking for payment to complete the exchange. You may also call us at (202) 547-1122 between 12:00PM and 6:00PM any day to complete payment. Failure to pay the exchange fee will result in your exchange request being unfulfilled. If you need to exchange your performance the day of, the best method to ensure your request is fulfilled is to call the box office to exchange by phone.

For season subscribers and package holders, a request to exchange the same day of your performance will incur a $10.00 per ticket exchange fee. Otherwise, it is free to exchange.
